Art Design Factory, from mechanical to design ...
The design of the 'Art Design Factory, founded in 2000 with the idea of merging together expertise from completely different sectors, engineering, management, information technology, architecture, industrial design, a strange, almost unique combination of preparation, experience, know-how, techniques, procedures, systems, almost diametrically opposed.

The project comes at the hands of Giuseppe Colucci, from an architectural-graphic-art training, who, not content with seeing only on paper ideas and projects, plans to give life and form, using the engineering company of family, which now more than twenty years building special gears.

This unique combination has created a unique and distinctive, characterized by meticulous attention to detail, contrast, shapes and materials, by the interlacing of lines, the play of light and shade, from the signs of light and shade, matching of surfaces smooth, luvide, shiny and opaque, but especially by the contrast between emotions and feelings that objects evoke: illusion and reality, transgression and romance, security and sensuality.
All objects, ranging from furniture, fashion accessories, born on the ability to capture the gestures of everyday life, which normally escape our attention, give form and substance.

Analogously to the form, including the search for the contrast between the material and 'a signature of these achievements in a profound way. The strength, thickness, and the extraordinary elegance of steel, joined to the transparency, machinability and ductility of Plexiglas, as if to reveal the secrets that the other attempts to conceal. To enhance the elegance and the nature of these materials, contrast materials such as olive wood and stones such as sodalite and slate, giving warmth and uniqueness to the grain surface and color contrasts.

Often the materials used are derived from waste from construction sites, such as parquet planks, or pieces fallate mechanical production, or scrap materials not used.

Even the packaging of our objects, which incorporates the concept of industrial wood case, is realized by us using scraps of OSB panels used for large packages.
